Order Processing


Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing and fulfilment before your order is dispatched. Expedited processing may be available on eligible orders — this option will be shown at checkout when applicable.


You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout.


 

Lost, Damaged or Delayed Packages

We will investigate the matter with our fulfilment and carrier partners and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Once a package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the correct address, responsibility passes to you as the recipient. We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive your delivery or that your shipping address has a secure location for parcels.


 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We will cover return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement in accordance with your statutory rights.
